Keith Misner

Keith brings over 35 years of leadership experience in national commercial real estate, excelling in investment sales, asset management, and development across both public and private sectors. His background spans major service providers and top-tier owner/investor firms.

As Principal of Attainable Housing Collective, LLC, Keith leads a capital allocation firm focused on passive investments with best-in-class owner-operators in Manufactured Housing, RV Parks, Workforce Housing, and Adaptive Reuse sectors.

Prior to founding Attainable Housing Collective, Keith was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Investment Sales at Berkadia, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the firm’s national investment sales platform for growth and continued success. He oversaw all operational aspects, including recruitment, and served on the firm’s Management Committee.

Previously, Keith was Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Abacus Capital Group LLC, managing the newly launched Abacus Core Investment Fund I. He also held senior leadership roles at AIMCO, Grubb & Ellis, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the National Apartment Brokerage Services and Investment Sales team from 2003 to 2010. Keith remains actively engaged with industry organizations, including the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
(Finance and Real Estate) from East Carolina University.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Keith is committed to philanthropy. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Buoniconti Fund, supporting The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, and chairs the Development Committee
for CRAB (Chesapeake Regional Accessible Boating) in Annapolis, MD. He is also a member of the Annapolis Yacht Club Board of Governors and actively supports cancer-related causes through The Misner Foundation.

While residing in Vero Beach, FL, Keith considers Annapolis, MD, home, where he lived for over 30 years. He and his wife, Gretchen, enjoy spending time with their three adult sons—Max, Blake, and Gavin—and their Bernedoodle dogs, Bennett and Bair. Keith enjoys boating, skiing, tennis, pickleball, traveling, and family adventures in his leisure time.
